New Yacht crew have a 99% chance that they will NEED to relocate to a Yachting Hub to find work. If you already have Yachting experience, you have better chances to find remotely. I work with you to make sure your CV maximises these chances.

We've coached aspiring crew in their 50's that were looking for their next "thing" after their children went off to school or they just wanted to spend their last few years of working traveling around! Older crew memebrs can also transition into estate and property management ashore to extend their careers as well.
